Payments

- Accepted payments are Cash, Paypal and Internet Banking. Any other forms of payments are not allowed.

- Please pay only after your request is confirmed.

Delivery & Meet-ups

- It will be $30 for delivery charges to anywhere in Singapore.

- Self collection would be free, but we would be deciding the place, according to the time that you will be collecting.

FAQ!

#1 Do you accept last minute requests?

We do sometimes, but it is best that you book a slot with us at least 1 - 2 weeks in advance. So that we could have the time to prepare what we need to make your party a awesome time in case we're missing somethings. :)

#2 What if I've made payments and I want to cancel because of some unforseen circumstances?

We will definitely refund you the money. But it might take us maximum a week to process that request. So don't worry, we won't rob you. ;)

#3 Some balloon were faulty when I received them. Do I get a replacement?

Of course we'll do a new for those faulty balloons as apology. But of course, if the balloon were destroyed by the child or by accident. We're not responsible. Sorry. :(

#4 I want to place orders/get the packages, but I don't want you guys to prepare the balloons in advance, can I request that you do the balloons on the spot for the children?

No sorry, I'm afraid that's impossible. Because this is a balloon shop. We specialise in gifts and delivery. If you want a balloon sculptor for your events, you may view

#5 The balloon do not look like the picture, and it don't like it, the kids don't like it. Can I request that we don't want the balloons and cancel your services?

No, I'm sorry. I'm afraid that's impossible. Because we've really put in a lot of effort to prepare those balloons so that it will look presentable and not rushed out. Furthermore we've take up quite a bit of our time to accommodate your event, so we would not issue a refund. So sorry. :(

#6 I bought a lot of balloons, but there's no specific package for what I've ordered. What can you do about it?

Everything is negotiable. We could give you a discounted price for being such a sporty customer. Everything is negotiable, just give us a call if there's any inquiry.
